France Darlene Colon was born August 16, 1994 in Chicago, Illinois. France was the seventh child of eight with her mother.
France graduated from Richard Yates Elementary School and was currently a student at Roberto Clemente High School.
Frances did a lot of volunteer work. She loved art, cooking, playing tennis, and studying law. France was a very bright young lady who made very good grades in school. Frances was loved by her friends, school mates, and teachers.
Frances leaves to cherish her memory: Her parents, Dorothy L. Payton & Jose A. Colon, Jr.; four brothers, Luis, Deon, Jose, the first Alford; six sisters: Lizzie, Lorretta, Lalorrie, Selena, Dominique, and a Donice; her best friends: Luis Burgo, Darnell, Michelle, and a host of nices, nephews, other relatives, many friends and the Clemente High School Family.
